Dr. David Fields (Cosmetic Dentist)

Dr. David Fields was born in Paterson, New Jersey and grew up in Montville, New Jersey. Dr. Fields is certified in Botox® and Juvederm® Advanced treatments and has advanced training in Implant Dentistry from the Zimmer Institute. While Dr. Fields enjoys all aspects of dentistry, he especially enjoys cosmetic and implant dentistry. During his career, Dr. Fields spent 10 years treating developmentally disabled patients under general anesthesia.

Education

Dr. Fields graduated from Pennsylvania State University with his B.A. in Telecommunications in 1997. Following the completion of his undergraduate degree, he attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and graduated in 2001.

Outside the Office

Dr. Fields enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young daughters. Outside of dentistry, he is an active member of the Atlanta Lawn and Tennis Association (ALTA) and avid tennis and golf player.
